What to do to recover my rankings in no time

I have a web site(and a url) but by error fwd this url permanently to another url, but now bring back...normal operation... I had and google sitemap.xml linked.

This had consequence get lost all my rankings to search engines...

I have a web site(and a url) but by error fwd this url permanently to another url(changed and DNS to fwd from host DNS), but now bring back...normal operation...HOST DNS (not fwd DNS),... I had and google sitemap.xml linked.

This (CHANGE AND BRING LIKE WAS) had consequence get lost all my rankings to search engines... I submited to google and bing but stills pending!

What to do to recover my rankings in no time,... Since now my site not appear in results but before was in first 10?
