I realized yesterday that I have a page of my website that is on the
first page of google SERPs for "school essays".

I wonder how I can monetize this fact.

Offer students to write essays for money ;-). I do something similar, I
help students with Perl assignments in exchange for books:

Note that not all books visible were obtained that way. A majority
though was "help for books", and a lot of books that are not visible
were also "help for books". Also, not all people who I helped out were
students needing someone to help with their homework. A lot of books I
got from someone who was not happy with the software he had to use at
work and asked me to write something to his specs, which I enjoyed a lot.
