Google Simple Search Address?

Does anybody know the new url address to use Google simple interface
search? The last working address was
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&site=&output=ie&ie=ISO-8859-1&q= but
that no longer works and they have a new address but don't know it?

Can't get much simpler.

OP means: is there a Google URL that shows the old UI instead of the new
one.
